Training

Overview

LGC understands that in this fast paced world your office needs as many tools on hand as possible to continue training. We make an effort to provide availability to training as it is necessary. You only need to contact us to determine the best option for your office and we will cater our training to your needs. We offer several forms of training and we encourage you to take advantage of these mediums.

  • Resource – Our annual conference. Our experts prepare classes on subjects relevant to your office, the software you run and many other topics. The bonus is that these classes can be applied to CTAS and TASBO certifications.
  • On-site – Schedule a time for one of our field reps to come on site and train your staff or a new employee.
  • Online -  Through use of our support tools Bomgar and TeamViewer, our Support staff can work with you individually, or as a group from a computer in your office to train as necessary.
  • Regional – From time to time major changes may require multiple sites to converge on a single location for training. We have three offices across the state. These locations are listed below.
  • *NextGen Only* - For our newest software suite, we offer training on a hosted webpage where courses will guide you through the major functions of your software. This can be used as a training medium that will qualify you for discounts on purchasing the NextGen software. You can also request a test drive of the training by contacting our Marketing department.
  • Documentation – All documentation for LGC software is online. Simply visit our Support page to find a user manual or a demonstration video that may help guide you through learning the software.
